What Do You Hope For?

Lord, where do I put my hope? My only hope is in you.

Psalm 39:7

How would you finish this statement: “I am hoping for . . .”?

Are you hoping for a new job?

A new relationship?

A life change?

How would your happiness be affected if what you hoped for didn’t happen?

Ask God what it would be like to let go of this hope.

How would this open you to your need for him?
