The Key to Confidence

Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”

Hebrews 13:5-6

Think of something you are discontent with in your life right now:

Your job or marriage?

Your appearance?

Feelings of inadequacy in a certain area?

Now read this verse again and imagine the Lord speaking these words directly to you: “(Insert your name), I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”

How do God’s words to you make you feel?

Ask him to help you feel satisfied today with what you have and confident in who you are so that you may experience a life of joy with him.
