Stop and Listen

Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.

Philippians 2:4

When you ask someone, “How are you?” do you actually stop to listen to his or her answer?

Or do you tend to rush right past them?

Are you so busy thinking about what you will say next that you don’t even listen to what the other person is saying?

Practice listening to someone today by asking them, “How is your day going?” and then taking an interest in what they say, giving them your full attention.
