How does it make you feel when someone gives you his or her undivided attention?

Choose one way to connect with another person “face-to-face” today:

• Invite someone for coffee without the interruptions of technology.
• Play a game with your family instead of watching TV.
• Send a handwritten letter, instead of an e-mail, to a friend.

As you do this, reflect on how it feels to connect more personally, and think about the negative impact technology may be having on your relationships.
