How am I desirable to God?

My heart has heard you say, “Come and talk with me.” And my heart responds, “LORD, I am coming.”

He loves us with unfailing love; the LORD’s faithfulness endures forever. Praise the LORD!

See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children.

1 John 3:1

Your very existence is proof of God’s faithful love for you. You are not a creature randomly evolved from a prehistoric primordial soup. God created you in his own image to have a relationship with him. He made you and equipped you with certain abilities to use for his special purposes. When you ignore or shrug off how God made you, you miss out on experiencing the kinds of service and abilities that make you a desirable woman of God.

Divine Promise
