How can waiting make my faith stronger?

A MOMENT with GOD

The Lord your God will drive those nations out ahead of you little by little. You will not clear them away all at once, otherwise the wild animals would multiply too quickly for you.

Galatians 4:4

God often asks you to wait while leading you along the path of progressive rather than immediate results. Why? Sometimes waiting keeps you from the pride that often comes after success. Sometimes it saves you from defeat. And sometimes God makes you wait to prepare you for a special task he has for you. God never sees waiting as wasted time, so don’t waste it by being anxious. Serve God as you wait for him to accomplish the next good thing in your life.

DIVINE PROMISE

Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Psalm 37:7
