What does God provide for me?

A MOMENT with GOD

God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. As the Scriptures say, “They share freely and give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will be remembered forever.”

2 Corinthians 9:8-9

This same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:19

There’s a big difference between wants and needs, though we often have trouble making that distinction. When you understand what you truly need and then see how God provides it, you will realize how much God cares for you. God doesn’t promise to give you a lot of possessions, but he does promise to help you possess the qualities that reflect his nature so you can accomplish his plan for you. He doesn’t promise to preserve your physical life, but he does promise to take care of your soul for all eternity if you believe in him and are committed to him.

DIVINE PROMISE

I will be your God throughout your lifetime—until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.

Isaiah 46:4
