Will Of God

Will of God

MY QUESTION for GOD

How do I know what God wants me to do?

A MOMENT with GOD

Coming to the borders of Mysia, they headed north for the province of Bithynia, but again the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them to go there. So instead, they went on through Mysia to the seaport of Troas. That night Paul had a vision: A man from Macedonia in northern Greece was standing there, pleading with him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us!” So we decided to leave for Macedonia at once, having concluded that God was calling us to preach the Good News there.

Acts 16:7-10

God’s will is both general and specific. God’s will for all people is found in the Bible. It includes what God expects from everyone, such as obedience, service, worship, fellowship, and prayer. God’s specific will is his plan for you as an individual. It may include your career, your marriage partner, or a unique task he wants you to accomplish. When you follow God’s will for all people, you will be exactly where he wants you, and you will be fully prepared to step into his specific will when he calls you.
