How can I use my status to glorify God?

Status in and of itself is neither good nor bad. What you do with your status is what counts. You can learn the greatest lesson about status from Jesus himself. The Bible tells us that as the Son of the all-powerful, all-knowing, almighty God, Jesus was very rich and powerful. Yet he gave up all of that to live on earth as a human being, taking on the frailties of a human body and then giving himself over to die a criminal’s death so the sins of the world would be paid for. Great status is worth nothing unless used for great purposes. You can use your status to build a good reputation that brings honor to God’s name, to serve and bless other people, and to act on opportunities to point people to God. As a leader, you can create divine moments in the lives of others when you use your status to bless and serve for a purpose greater than your own goals or plans.
