MY QUESTION for GOD

What are some qualities of a good leader?

The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you.” . . . So Abram departed as the Lord had instructed.

Genesis 12:1, 4

A good leader follows the Lord’s leading.

Choose today whom you will serve. . . . As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.

Joshua 24:15

A good leader demonstrates God’s character by example.

How can I deal with all your problems and bickering? Choose some well-respected men from each tribe who are known for their wisdom and understanding, and I will appoint them as your leaders.

Deuteronomy 1:12-13

A good leader delegates responsibilities to trustworthy subordinates.

A good leader courageously confronts those who are doing wrong.

Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant.

Good leaders have a servant’s heart.

No one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ.

Good leaders have their foundation in Jesus.

Be strong and courageous! . . . For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Good leaders are courageous because they have the assurance of God’s presence.
