Rock-solid Security

Those who fear the LORD are secure; he will be a refuge for their children.

When you daily read and meditate on the truths of God’s Word, you build a solid foundation that will not easily crack under pressure. Jesus said that a person who studies and obeys his Word is like someone who builds his house on solid rock. When a storm threatens, the house “won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock” (Matthew 7:25). Life’s battles may be strong enough to knock down some of your walls, but your foundation will remain steady and secure because God’s truths are eternal.
