finding God - How can I find God in my everyday life?

If you search for him with all your heart and soul, you will find him.

Deuteronomy 4:29

The LORD will stay with you as long as you stay with him! Whenever you seek him, you will find him. But if you abandon him, he will abandon you.

2 Chronicles 15:2

“If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you,” says the LORD.

Jeremiah 29:13-14

I said, “Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you.”

Hosea 10:12

ALL OF US as believing women go through seasons when we find it difficult to see God’s activity and presence in our lives. But we can be comforted by the truth that God never abandons those who search for him. If we begin each day by deciding to search for him wholeheartedly, we will find him. How might God be working in your life at this very moment? Where was he present with you today that perhaps you failed to recognize? What events or people did he put in your way to remind you of his love for you? If God feels far away, remind yourself of his promise to be faithful to those who look for him with all their hearts.
