Matthew 28:18-19

SOME OF JESUS’ last words on earth are about witnessing. He said to his disciples, “You will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8). Not everyone will be interested in hearing the gospel, and we can’t make someone listen. Jesus simply calls his followers to tell others about him, not force them to believe. Only the Holy Spirit can soften a person’s heart. Sometimes your role is to plant a seed. Therefore, always be ready to tell about how you met and grew to love Jesus. Perhaps sharing your own story of becoming a woman of faith will be a pivotal moment that ultimately leads someone to faith in him.
