A prayer for Provision

When I wonder if God will meet my needs

Dear Father,

You’ve promised to meet my needs, but too often I confuse my desires with my real needs. You haven’t promised me material wealth, but you have promised to develop in me the qualities that reflect your nature. Better yet, you have promised to preserve my soul for all eternity. Thank you, Father, for caring for me as only you can.

This same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
