A prayer about Success

When I need to remember what success really is

Dear Lord,

I want to be successful in your eyes. Help me always to measure success not by what I have, but by who I am; not by what I know, but by how I love; not by what I have achieved, but by the character I have built in others. May I always remember that partnering with you in this life is the best way to ensure true success.

Our goal is to please him. For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body. 2 Corinthians 5:9-10
