A prayer about being Tired

When I’m exhausted but have to keep going

Dear Jesus,

I long to rest, but this is one of those times in life when I cannot take a break. Though it is nearly impossible to get enough rest right now, I know my weariness is an opportunity to experience your faithfulness. Please empower me by your Spirit to finish the task as strongly as I began. Let my weariness be the vehicle by which your strength and power shine brightly. I pray that, though my body is weary, you will bring me peace as I press on.
