A prayer about Worship

When I want to express my love for God

Father,

I want to show my love for you through intentional worship. Too often when I’m with other believers, I mumble a few hymns, sit through a sermon, and go home. That’s not true worship! I want to praise you with my whole being, body and soul. May I express my deepest devotion and affection for you through worship.

Give to the LORD the glory he deserves! Bring your offering and come into his presence. Worship the LORD in all his holy splendor. 1 Chronicles 16:29
