A prayer about Obstacles

When I am facing overwhelming obstacles

Lord God,

My problems seem so big, but I cling to the promise that you, through the power of the Holy Spirit, have given me all I need to overcome whatever overwhelms me. You have already rescued me from sin’s control and Satan’s power! What could possibly be more difficult than that? When I remember that I am free from their rule, the problems of this world lose their grip on me.

[God the Father] has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins. Colossians 1:13-14
