When I want my life to have more meaning

Heavenly Father,

My soul thirsts for meaning. I don’t want to waste my life; rather, I want to live with purpose. You are the creator of all life, including my life, so only you can teach me how to live in a meaningful way. I ask you, Lord, to reveal your truth to me. Fulfill your purpose in me. Help me to grasp what is important to you. That’s what I need to pursue; that’s what will satisfy.

I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me. Psalm 57:2
