A prayer about Finishing

When I want to finish well

Lord,

I know that life involves aging. That means facing the pain of realizing that I no longer possess the physical skills or the energy I used to have. As I near the final chapter of my life, Lord, may I look back and see your faithfulness. I pray for the grace to be a powerful witness to your mercy, your presence, and your constancy. Prepare me to finish well, with words of praise on my lips.
