A prayer about Discernment

When I want to grow in wisdom

Lord God,

My life can be confusing. I need your wisdom to help me through the maze of options I face. Please give me your discernment so that I may have the ability to differentiate between right and wrong, true and false, important and trivial, godly and ungodly. Just as the sun burns away the fog, cut through the confusion, I pray, and bring me clarity.

Let those who are wise understand these things. Let those with discernment listen carefully. The paths of the LORD are true and right, and righteous people live by walking in them. Hosea 14:9
