A prayer about Abilities

When I want to make the most of my abilities

Father,

I rejoice in the abilities you have given me! When I use them, I have a sense of satisfaction. I feel fulfilled. I know that my abilities give me the potential for doing good, but you give me the power to do good. Without you, my abilities are worthless. So may I pour out my rejoicing as an offering of thanks to you, the God who gave my abilities to me.

In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. Romans 12:6
