A prayer for Unity - Being one together

HOLY SPIRIT,

Please make us one. We are a church divided, with people upset over insignificant matters. We may lose members; worse yet, we may split. We need to come together and repent to you and to one another. Fill us to overflowing, so the world will see Jesus.

[Jesus said,] “May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” John 17:23
