DEAR LORD,

Talk is cheap anywhere, and sharing faith, biblical insights, and theological thoughts is easy around Christians. But do my actions match my words—after church or Bible study? That’s the test. So today, Lord, I pray that I will watch what I say, and even more important, that I will express through my actions what my words profess.

Faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. James 2:17
