A prayer about Talking - Holding my tongue

GOD,

Please control my tongue today. I talk when I should listen. And I tend to speak dogmatically and try to have the last word on just about any topic. Why am I so insecure? I need to keep my ears open and my mouth shut. And I need to think before I speak, using the right words. Help me, Lord.
