JESUS,

Lead me today to someone whom I can help anonymously, with cash, a gift card, or another option. I want to experience the joy of giving “in private,” to learn how I feel when I know that no one will thank me for what I have done (and that I’ll receive no tax deduction). With all my tithes and offerings, may my motives be pure.

Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you. Matthew 6:4
