A prayer about Offerings - Giving cheerfully

LORD,

I confess that when the offering plate is passed, I sometimes give with less than the best of motives—feeling obligated or pressured or just wanting to look good. Change my heart, change my attitude. May I give happily in response to all you have given to me.

You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” 2 Corinthians 9:7
