FATHER,

My meeting today promises to be difficult. I have been dreading and trying to avoid being with these people who oppose me, but I have to go. So I give everything to you. Guide my thoughts and speech. Help me be honest and open. Remove my fear and give me your peace and confidence, I pray.

Teach me how to live, O LORD. Lead me along the right path, for my enemies are waiting for me. Psalm 27:11
