ALMIGHTY GOD,
Some picture a cosmic battle between you and Satan, as though you two were equal adversaries. But you, Lord, are all-powerful, so Satan is nothing in your presence. And you have promised that by your power, the devil will flee from me if I resist him. So I claim that promise. Give me the strength to oppose him and his temptations today and to live for you.
