A prayer about Busyness - Getting rest

GOD,

I get so busy, even doing your work, that I’m exhausted and no good to anyone. Help me say no to new appointments today, to put off work that can wait, and to rest. Feed my weary soul.

Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat. Mark 6:31
