A Prayer About God’s Care

When I feel burdened and alone

MY FATHER,

I know you care about me; you loved me so much that you sent Jesus to die for me. But you also care for me, as a loving Father for his child. This means that you are with me always, watching, guarding, and guiding. Recently I’ve felt weighed down by concerns for myself and others. And I wonder why I have so little faith. I want to trust you more, so right now, I give you all my worries and cares. Thank you for carrying this load for me.

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7
