We can be fooled into thinking we’re eating what’s good for us when it’s really not. While processed food tastes great, it’s empty of any real substance. It promises pleasure, but it can’t deliver good health and longevity. So we need to look at the real ingredients in what we eat in order to become healthier human beings.
