Romans 12:4-5Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.

1 Corinthians 12:18-20Our bodies have many parts, and God has put each part just where he wants it. How strange a body would be if it had only one part! Yes, there are many parts, but only one body.

Galatians 3:28There is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Unity is not the same as uniformity. Everyone has unique gifts and personalities. True unity celebrates and appreciates these differences and brings them together in all their variety to fulfill the goal of serving God together.
