How is God thoughtful towards us?

Exodus 2:23-25The Israelites continued to groan under their burden of slavery. They cried out for help, and their cry rose up to God. God heard their groaning, and he remembered his covenant promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He looked down on the people of Israel and knew it was time to act.

God does more than notice us; he thinks continually about us and constantly acts on our behalf. God cares for us with the deepest kind of love. His compassion moves him to meet our needs, and the most powerful example of this is the sending of his Son, Jesus, to die for our sins.
