Our minds can be refreshed by God’s comfort. Doubts can clutter the mind. God’s comfort sweeps the clutter away, allowing for more clarity of mind.
2 Timothy 3:16-17All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.

Our minds can be refreshed by reading, studying, meditating on, and applying God’s Word.

Our minds ca be refreshed by learning about Jesus and focusing on him.
Romans 8:5Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.
Ephesians 4:22-24Throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.
Philippians 4:8-9Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.
Our minds can be refreshed by thinking on things that are pleasing to the Holy Spirit. A mind in harmony with the Holy Spirit will be refreshed.
