How can I determine if an opportunity is from God?

The Bible will not always speak directly in favor of a particular opportunity, but any opportunity that contradicts God’s word or leads us away from its principles is not from God.

When we’re not sure how to respond in a situation, we should seek the counsel of the wise and trustworthy believers in our lives.

We should not allow fear and doubt to cause to miss God’s opportunities. God often sends opportunities that require faith and courage, causing us to trust him.
Matthew 25:21“The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’”
When pursuing an opportunity contributes to the growth of God’s Kingdom, this is a good clue that the opportunity is from God.

God-given opportunities often allow us to witness for Christ in word or deed.
