How does God provide ways of escape?

Genesis 7:7He [Noah] went on board the boat to escape the flood—he and his wife and his sons and their wives.

Genesis 19:17When they [Lot and his family] were safely out of the city, one of the angels ordered, “Run for your lives! And don’t look back or stop anywhere in the valley! Escape to the mountains, or you will be swept away!”

Exodus 14:21Moses raised his hand over the sea, and the Lord opened up a path through the water with a strong east wind. The wind blew all that night, turning the seabed into dry land.

Sometimes, God provides literal, physical ways to escape.

Proverbs 14:27Fear of the Lord is a life-giving fountain; it offers escape from the snares of death.

2 Peter 2:20When people escape from the wickedness of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then get tangled up and enslaved by sin again, they are worse off than before.

God helps us escape from sin and evil into a relationship with him.

1 Corinthians 10:13The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

God helps us escape from the wrong path by revealing and guiding us to the right one.
