Do I have to worry even about small decisions?

1 Samuel 15:22-23Samuel replied, “What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? . . . because you have rejected the command of the Lord, he has rejected you as king.”

Even a seemingly small decision has lasting consequences. Sinful decisions, even small ones, can have consequences, like a cancer that grows wildly out of control.
