How do I find the courage to face my own death?

Psalm 23:4Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

Luke 12:4“Dear friends, don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot do any more to you after that.”

You can have the courage to face death when you realize that eternal life begins the moment you die on earth. God walks with you through that dark valley.

1 Corinthians 15:54“Death is swallowed up in victory.”

You can have the courage to face death because of the assurance that Jesus has won the victory over death. Jesus’ death and resurrection prove he has the power to do the same for you if you believe in him.
