How does God make himself available to us?

Psalm 46:1God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.

Psalm 139:8-10If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.

Isaiah 41:10“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”

Isaiah 41:13“For I hold you by your right hand—I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you.’”

Isaiah 43:2“When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.”

Matthew 28:20“Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

God’s presence and help are available to us every moment and everywhere. He is always with us, always listens to us, and always pursues us with his love.

Psalm 86:5O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.

2 Thessalonians 3:16Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all.

2 John 1:3Grace, mercy, and peace, which come from God the Father and from Jesus Christ—the Son of the Father—will continue to be with us who live in truth and love.

God’s character is available to us. He extends his love, forgiveness, grace, mercy, and peace to us. His character will mold our character as we submit to him.

Romans 10:8In fact, it says, “The message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart.” And that message is the very message about faith that we preach.

Ephesians 3:8Though I am the least deserving of all God’s people, he graciously gave me the privilege of telling the Gentiles about the endless treasures available to them in Christ.

Colossians 1:27God wanted them [the Jewish believers] to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory.

Colossians 3:11In this new life, it doesn’t matter if you are a Jew or a Gentile, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbaric, uncivilized, slave, or free. Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us.

God is available to us through his Son, Jesus Christ. When we become God’s children, Christ actually lives in us through the Holy Spirit!
