INHALE: My soul glorifies You, O Lord,

EXHALE: And my spirit rejoices in You.

EXHALE: And lift the humble.

INHALE: You fill the hungry

EXHALE: And send the rich away.

INHALE: You remember to be merciful,

EXHALE: Just like You promised.

Inhale; exhale. This breath prayer comes from the Magnificat, Mary’s revolutionary song of praise in Luke 1:46-55. May we incorporate these truths into how we raise our children.
