What should my witness include?

God’s Response

I decided to concentrate only on Jesus Christ and his death on the cross. 1 Corinthians 2:2

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

We testify and announce to you that he is the one who is eternal life. 1 John 1:2

The best way to witness is to tell your own faith story. No one can argue with that. Tell people how God has touched your life and how he continues to do so each day. Some might scoff or make fun of you, but many people are starving for truth and love and will be open to what you have to say. God will give you the words. Don’t be afraid to ask someone if they are ready to have Jesus in their life.

If you are asked about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it. But you must do this in a gentle and respectful way. 1 Peter 3:15-16
