How can I stay strong in times of trouble?

God’s Response

You can be sure of this: The LORD has set apart the godly for himself. The LORD will answer when I call to him. Psalm 4:3

Listen to my voice in the morning, LORD. Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. Psalm 5:3

You find out where your faith stands when trouble comes. Are you really able to put your trust completely in God, or do you accuse him and become angry with him? You can stay strong if you learn to look at these times as God’s way of drawing you closer to him. You will feel closest to God during times of trouble because that is when you will cling to him. He is always there, waiting to answer when you call to him.

If we endure hardship, we will reign with him. If we deny him, he will deny us. 2 Timothy 2:12
