How do I make the most of the opportunities that come my way?

God’s Response

Make the most of every opportunity for doing good in these evil days. Ephesians 5:16

Hard work means prosperity; only fools idle away their time. Proverbs 12:11

In the meantime, I will be staying here at Ephesus until the Festival of Pentecost, for there is a wide-open door for a great work here, and many people are responding. 1 Corinthians 16:8-9

When you believe that God is presenting you with an opportunity, respond quickly and work hard to maximize what God has put before you. Be willing to change your plans in order to take advantage of any God-given opportunity. You will be motivated when you think of how God might use you because you’ve made yourself available for his work. Keep your eyes open for what God will bring your way.

All of us must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent me, because there is little time left before the night falls and all work comes to an end. John 9:4
