Why is it important for me to tell others about Jesus?

How can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:14-15

God has given his people the privilege and responsibility of telling others about him. You should share the Good News about Jesus with delight and enthusiasm because it is not just Good News, but the Greatest News. Hearing it or not is literally a life-and-death matter. The only way some will hear is if you tell them, just as someone told you!

Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere. Mark 16:15
