The months ahead look very busy. How can I keep a good balance?

God’s Response

There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1

I brought glory to you here on earth by doing everything you told me to do. And now, Father, bring me into the glory we shared before the world began. John 17:4-5

Jesus did not heal every sick person in the land, or convince every person to follow him, or meet every person he could have if he had lived longer. And yet he said he did everything God told him to do! God does not ask you to do everything, just everything he has called you to do, and he assures you that there is time for whatever this is. A balanced life honors God, others, and yourself by the way that you use your gifts, time, and other resources.

God’s Promise

If you are wise and understand God’s ways, live a life of steady goodness so that only good deeds will pour forth. And if you don’t brag about the good you do, then you will be truly wise! James 3:13
