What are the signs of godly behavior?

God’s Response

Light shines in the darkness for the godly. They are generous, compassionate, and righteous. Psalm 112:4

The godly will rejoice in the LORD and find shelter in him. And those who do what is right will praise him. Psalm 64:10

Let the godly rejoice. Let them be glad in God’s presence. Let them be filled with joy. Psalm 68:3

Godly people want to be as much like God as possible. Godly people will be loving, kind, helpful, and generous with their time and money. Their language will be clean, their thoughts and actions will be pure, and they will be joyful. They learn to be like this by reading God’s Word, meditating on God’s character, and deciding to please God with their lives.
