How will the truth help me fight my battles?

Stand your ground, putting on the sturdy belt of truth. Ephesians 6:14

You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32

When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not be presenting his own ideas; he will be telling you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future. John 16:13

When you believe the truth taught in God’s Word and live it out, you will have the upper hand in any battle against evil. You must be loyal to God and ask him for help. When you do this, he will give you great discernment as well as protection against Satan and his demons that are fighting even now for your soul. The Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit are powerful resources that can overpower your enemy. Stand strong and confident in your faith, and you can be certain that God will help you fight your battles so that you will be victorious.
