From The Throne
From the Throne
Read: Mark 16:9-20
When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand. Mark 16:19
IN WORD
On the surface, it looks like Jesus left His disciples. We know He sent His Spirit to them, and He had told them it would be better this way (John 16:7). But He was no longer physically with them. He was in heaven, and they were on earth.
But we in the Kingdom of God know not to look at the surface. The truer picture is that while Jesus is on His throne and His followers are on earth, His Spirit is in His followers on earth and His followers are seated with Him in heaven. We are not confined to this realm, and He has not left it. Both He and we operate in both realms simultaneously.
The beauty of this plan is that as priests and kings in His Kingdom, we can present the needs of humanity to God and the power of God to humanity. He is seated on His throne, not as an absent deity but as distributor of Kingdom authority. Through those who believe, He offers His strength to all who need Him. He may be sitting on His throne, but He is actively walking and talking through His people.
IN DEED
Never forget your connection with heaven. You are an intersection between two realms—a living, breathing gateway for Kingdom power. Your prayers come not from a place of desperation but from a place of victory. Your message is spoken not from tentative speculation but from divine revelation. If you are relying on Him, your strength is not your own but the evidence of divine power. You are in a much better position than you think.
Learn to live from that position. It’s always true, but it only manifests practically when you learn to see it. Don’t let anyone from any realm convince you that your human flaws and frailties disqualify you from extraordinary work. You are a representative and reflection of the King to everyone around you.

We are the wire, God is the current. Our only power is to let the current pass through us.
