Bring God’s Word to your world: Design a screen saver that builds your devotional life, or scan in your favorite photo. Then choose a favorite verse, and push Print. You will have a poster to encourage you in your walk with the Lord!

We captured each of our three boys participating in their favorite sport, had them choose a verse to go with the picture, then had the whole thing enlarged. So now they have an inspirational poster in living color on their wall.

In Deuteronomy 11:18-21 God encourages us to “commit yourselves completely to these words of mine. Tie them to your hands as a reminder, and wear them on your forehead. Teach them to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are away on a journey, when you are lying down and when you are getting up again. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, so that as long as the sky remains above the earth, you and your children may flourish in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors.”

I think personal computers are today’s equivalent of writing on the doorposts and gates. There are so many ways to use technology and computers for encouragement and growth from God’s Word.
